We aim to post orders within 5/7 working day as most orders are made to order which means we allow candles/wax melts to cure for a number of days afterwards.
Return & Exchange Policy
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5/7 working days at the time your order is placed and payment is received.
You may cancel your contract with The Candle Collection and return any items to us for a full refund (minus the original delivery cost) within 30 days of receiving your order. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name and order number.
In the event of an order cancellation on your part (within the 30 days) you are required to cover the costs of returning your item(s) to The Candle Collection.
We cannot reimburse you for this cost unless the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit.
in the unlikely case your order is faulty or has been damaged in transit only, please contact us at you earliest opportunity to the email@example.com we will either replace the damaged goods free of charge or refund you for the price you paid for the item including postage.
we reserve the right to proof of damaged goods, The Candle Collection is not responsible for damages made after the goods have been received and used by the customer.
The Candle Collection have the right to cancel the contract between the customer in the unlikely event of
*we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
*we are not able to deliver to your area.
WITHDRAWEL OF PRODUCTS
We have the right to remove or edit any products, materials, content or priced online at any time.
